Is it possible to round robin leads to 2 different HighLevel accounts? The answer is yes. This may not be the simplest way to do it, but yes, this will work. Before we dive in, make sure you have a zapier account ready. If you don’t have one yet, sign up here for your free zapier account.

Things we need before getting started:

  • Zapier
  • Google Sheet
  • 2 GoHighLevel Accounts (API already added to Zapier)

Steps:

  1. Create a separate pipeline for the new leads
  2. Create a form
  3. Setup a trigger that will add the lead into the pipeline when the form is submitted
  4. Create your spreadsheet
  5. Do the Zapier integration

1. Create a Pipeline - Round Robin Leads HighLevel

It doesn’t need to have the exact pipeline name as in the example. All leads (from the form) will go to the “New Leads” stage. When we do our zap later, it should automatically move to any of the remaining columns.

2. Create Your Form

Let’s capture the Full Name, Phone, and Email. You can add more fields too. Just make sure to update your spreadsheet as well so that all the fields will zap to the second account.

3. Setup a Trigger When Form is Submitted

What should trigger this rule?

Form Submitted ➜ Form Is “Round Robin Form”

What actions should we perform?

Add / Update Opportunity ➜ “Round Robin Leads HighLevel” ➜ “New Leads”

4. Create Your Spreadsheet

5. Round Robin Leads to HighLevel Accounts Using Zapier

Now here comes the tricky part. Zaps. I will include the steps here including the images to give you a clear overview of the process. Above is the main level zaps. And inside the main level zap, we have two sub level zaps that will handle the automation of moving the leads to the second account. Below are the images of the sub level zaps.

We want to round robin leads in HighLevel into two different accounts. What we will do is determine the leads if they belong to even-numbered rows or odd-numbered rows. To do this, I used the MOD function. What MOD does is simply return the remainder when we divide numbers.

If we divide a number by 2, we always get either 0 or 1 as the remainder.

When the remainder is 0, the number is even.

When the remainder is 1, the number is odd.

Don’t forget to add values to other fields such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, and Mark As Lead. When I’m doing zaps, I always get the values from the very first step unless I need the modified or formatted data.

In zap 9, I just added the lead as contact and added the tag “from-account-1” as a label. However, you can always change this if you want the lead to be added directly into a campaign or even add an opportunity.
